Who's Bad?

I never would have expected it, but there I was waiting for a Michael Jackson tribute band to start playing at a small local club. We had to sit far from the stage to lessen the vibrations for Lisa and also to give her a chance to rest on some of the few seats available at the venue. But even from afar, our jaws literally dropped as the golden jacket glittered and the impersonator came skipping out. For all intents and purposes, this guy was Michael Jackson, it was literally amazing.

Even better, the band was really good with their timing, energy, and talent and the musical selection stuck more with the bass grooves older stuff. It really was a show. They really worked the crowd. It really was good.

We took off after about an hour to go home and sleep. I could not believe these guys had so much energy to keep going nonstop throughout. You could tell they practiced hard and enjoyed performing - it makes a difference.
