because we did not like the home our agent told us was going off the market that day was not the right fit....
which we saw because Lisa contacted our agent about a neighborhood some friends recommeneded...
at a dinner for a going away party for a classmate of Lisa's...
where I defended Durham when someone spoke of the crime statistics and the guy who grew up in Durham spoke out as well on the issue...
because it offended me after literally just coming from my other friends' nonprofit HQ and having heard their optimism...
at a wekkly Bible Study session...
because one of those people I befriended while working at the Carolina Theatre...
where I went to work to give myself something to do while Lisa studied for her courses at Duke...
because I had a hard time making friends here in Durham when we moved here in 2003.

Therefore, we bought a house because I had a hard time making friends in Durham when we first moved here.
