Looking at actual stock performance for my company over the past year, from September 2005 through August 2006, there is a sudden and discernible spike in early May of 2006. Usually this sort of thing reflects a big change in the company, like a new product launching or some other boost to the company assets. Well, it just so happens I went from outside sourcing (contractor) to company assets (permanent employee) at that time! Take note Fortune 500, listen up Wall Street!
