OK, so last Friday we decided to put our house up for sale. If you know our address, you can look at our listing with My Dog Tess.

We already had our first showing, on the second day the house is on the market. Unfortunately, it was a rather eventful showing. We forgot to disable our house alarm, so there were several panicked moments when we had to contact the security company to stop the alarm and assure the buyers the police were not going to make an appearance. It was close, but Lisa came through big time, preventing prospective buyers from being arrested for trespassing. Next time we won't be so excited, so hopefully this won't happen ever again.

I told our real estate agent to tell the buyers they had to buy the house. Reminded me of those signs in stores about breaking and buying, only our sign would be break-in and you buy.
