Role Reversal

Usually I am hand feeding Sonya the treats. This weekend however, she had an oatmeal cookie in her hand and I was trying to bite it. She told me "no" and shook her head. Then she decided to treat me and I felt joy at reversing roles for an instant. However, I tried biting into what I thought was a hard nut that was actually a small finger. I felt horrible and Sonya cried for a little while. Hopefully the entire event will never be repeated.
