Jiffy Lube was caught on camera in LA recommending services and collecting cash for things never performed. Multiple locations involved.
The KNBC video (wmv format also available) clearly shows mechanics committing fraud. All caught on undercover cameras.
I used Jiffy Lube for a few years and now feel better having denied many offers for additional services. I am positive they employ many great workers, but this story confirms suspicions long held.
