All that energy

It's a pretty typical evening, but our daughter ran around the house in a bikini demanding I either dance with her or pretend like I am sleeping. I do not mind either game. I do envy her abundance of energy. I watched her carefully crawl up some furniture and bat around the curtain rod. I realized she tried this because she wanted to see if she could. It is fun to see her exploring the world, learning her capabilities, learning what the world has to offer, and almost everything is brand new. I guess it takes a lot of energy to take that all on.
