Radar?

On a performance evaluation once my boss referred to Radar from Mash. I had no clue whether this was a compliment or a slight. I knew Mash was a TV series a long time ago. I asked if Radar was the cross-dresser (he was not).

I was told that Radar took assignments and just "got things done" for the team. The information online about the character did not communicate much and there is no chance I'll rent a DVD just to get a better sense of an off-handed remark.
