Forgetful

It is a common understanding that many women experience forgetfulness during pregnancy. That is not funny, but the stories are amusing. Here is one that happened last week.

I received a call that informed me her cellphone was misplaced in the house somewhere. She asked me to call her cellphone so that she could hear it ring. I reminded her that she was holding a telephone. There was no realization. Then I had to explain that she could call her cellphone herself (instead of using a phone to call someone else to ask them to call a different phone just to hear it ring).
