Stinky Sandwich

About a month ago we went to a local Mexican restaurant for lunch and ordered Sonya a quesadilla from the children's menu. She really liked it and ate it entirely, a rare accomplishment for her. However, she also put the thing up to her face, sniffed it, and giggled "stinky sandwich" several times. It was a little embarrassing when the waiter heard her, but it was a funny moment.

Since that day I have made her a few more quesadillas, all offered and accepted as "stinky sandwiches" -  my favorite figure of speech at the moment and Sonya's favorite meal. It's also great because, even though she still sniffs her food and makes fun of it, she eats it well.
