Updates
Sunday Dylan took two steps in a row and has repeated that feat a couple times more. He also has his first joke; he blows raspberries with his mouth and laughs at the hilarity of it. Sometimes it's cute. His second tooth looks to be coming in and I hope we get much more sleep than we did when his first broke through.
Sonya loves to tell everyone that she just turned four. Her latest curiosity is skateboarding, which she saw in Durham's least originally named public park ("Central Park") next to the Farmer's Market. As with almost all things she finds passingly interesting, she added it to her endless wishlist for Christmas. In a few weeks she begins full-time preschool. She mostly knows her letters and numbers, and she can write her name legibly (most of the time), so we think she will do well.
We went to the Angus Barn for our anniversary. It was a week early due to immersion weekend at UNC overlapping with our actual anniversary. It was a delicious meal and a relaxing break from the kids.
