Happy Birthday Mom

For my mom's birthday Lisa and I decided to celebrate. We went to the Sarah Duke Gardens that mom enjoyed when she visited. After reading in the sun for a long time, we went to Foster's Market, which she also enjoyed. I ate pecan pie in her honor. That night (Saturday) we went out to a local bar and I had two Guinness. I told her all about it and she remarked something like 'it sounds like I had a good time for my birthday.' She's coming out in a couple of weeks and we intend to take her our for dinner when she actually gets in town.
