How to get old pesky stains out
I was in my apartment once while a cleaner went around the place doing their deep cleaning. He spotted a place where a candle had made its mark long ago. He said that he usually charged $25 to remove those stains, but that he would show me for free because the complex would only reimburse him for the general cleaning.
We wet an old rag. We got an iron hot and ready. We put the wet rag atop the stain. We put the iron atop the rag. It sizzled and sizzled and heated up the mess below. This allowed us to wipe away the wet stain after removing the iron. I was quite impressed. I have even replicated this process with other stains and highly recommend it.

And I am sure folks that know me find it amusing to read I know how to get stains out. Well here's another tip for you. I hate the loose wires behind the TV and computer. I use rubber bands and simply bind the slack to make for a cleaner arrangement of wires. Not a revolutionary idea - those twisty ties have worked great for years. I do this especially at work where my feel come in direct contact with the wiring unless I rearrange it - which I did quite well.
