Soda v. Beef
I have a new dietary restriction, self-imposed. At every time I choose to eat I allow myself either a caffeine laden drink (coffee, soda) or a meaty food (burger) - but never both in the same sitting.
I quickly realized that I can forgo caffeine far, far easier. This broke my work coffee routine within a single week.
