First Step

Saturday we held Sonya's highly anticipated birthday party. It went off without a hitch and the kids all seemed to enjoy themselves. The highlight for us came after nearly everyone left. Sitting in the living room were our entire family, Lisa's parents, and our good friends from next door. We all were looking at Dylan and talking about how close he was to taking his first step. Lo and behold, with a little encouragement, he took his first step with us all watching his every move. It was very slow and deliberate, but it definitely was his first step.
