Thank you notes

Six months ago I celebrated the end of the year with my team and gave them thank you notes with a gift card for a local restaurant included as a token of my appreciation. This month my superiors planned a large event at the same restaurant and asked us to write thank you notes to our teams. Whether this is "great minds think alike" or "imitation is the best form of flattery", I still have to write a note with a very similar sentiment to the same people.
